Directions
Preheat oven to 325°. Spray 15 x 12-inch baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray; set aside.
In medium bowl, with electric mixer, beat Shedd's Spread Country Crock® Spread Spread with sugars until light and fluffy, about 5 minutes. Beat in egg, then flour, cinnamon, vanilla and salt; fold in nuts and cereal. On prepared baking sheet, with greased spatula, spread batter in thin layer, leaving 1-inch border around sides.
Bake 40 minutes for chewier snacks to 43 minutes for crisp snacks. On wire rack, cool 10 minutes; remove from pan and cool completely. To serve, break into pieces. Store in airtight container.
