Directions
Combine flour, baking powder and sugar in large bowl. Add 3 tablespoons Shedd's Spread Country Crock® Spread and blend in with fingers or fork until mixture is crumbly. Stir in water with fork, adding more water as needed, to form a soft dough.
Turn dough onto lightly floured board and knead gently, adding more flour as needed, to make a soft, slightly sticky dough. Pinch off about 2 tablespoons dough and roll into balls. Flatten to about 1/2 inch thickness.
Melt 2 tablespoons Spread in 12-inch nonstick skillet over medium heat and cook 4 bakes at a time, turning once, 8 minutes or until golden; repeat with remaining Spread and bakes. Serve warm and, if desired, drizzled with honey.
